I am typically not in my Portland office on Wednesdays as I work at a community mental health center in St. Helens on that day. Since I am not in my office on Wednesdays, I do not have access to my email or fax machine. Please be mindful of this when sending refill requests or sharing information with me.


Tammy Carpenter, my administrative assistant, is typically in the office Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and she is off on Friday.


Emily Scales, my office assistant, is typically in the office Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m..
